Martin Summers is appointed to the Rupp Arena, Arts & Entertainment District design panel. The appointment was on the recommendation of Lexington, Kentucky Mayor Jim Gray where Mr. Summers serves as a design expert to provide professional advice and expertise to the Mayor and the committee.
